From 9-11 to a falling worker, trauma is part of daily life. While we are grateful that major terrorist attacks don’t happen every day, worker injuries can happen any time, and can have a devastating effect on your business. In this workshop, you’ll learn:

How trauma can affect your business – Types of traumatic events, possible effects on Infrastructure, operations, and intellectual property, and how worker injuries can affect how well you can continue to do business. You’ll get advice on preparing your business and your staff to survive and thrive in the event of a traumatic event, from a worker fall to a large-scale disaster. You’ll learn how crisis leadership differs from day-to- day management. And you’ll get advice on recognizing and managing employee stress, and anxiety, resolving conflict, and how to help your valuable workers return to work and remain productive after traumatic injury.
